Mon-Li is a 12 person, 12 course liquid tasting menu in the heart of Malibu over looking the Pacific Ocean created by Cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello.

The experience transports you to the Mediterranean where you move through three different spaces during the course of the evening.

Matthew fuses the food and alcohol world together using ingredients from local farmers markets, the Santa Monica mountains and from the bar’s garden, taking the guest through 12 sips of culinary treats with 5 courses of sustainable bites.

The experience lasts 1.5-2 hours with the option of staying longer to enjoy some of the rare infusions and spirits.
